We had Stacie come and take some shots of Blythe. Of course like alway she got some really great shots. While she was here I threw the boys in a couple too. Here are some of my favorites. Thanks Stacie again! You always seem to capture some amazing shots no matter how crazy it seems.

Happy Halloween!!
This year was a fun Halloween. Both our boys were really into it this year. Henry's excitement started the first day of October and has been excited about pumpkin carving, crafts, art projects, decorating his room and making Halloween treats. He was loving everything that was spooky or scary. Wes was excited about all the activities because Henry was, but he loved Trick or Treating. Wes thought that trick or treating meant that you go to one house and get candy. After each house of trick or treating Wes would run to Bryan and would ask "can we go trick or treating again?" He loved it. Henry loved it too. He was hard to keep up with because he would go to one house and then take off to the next. Blythe was sweet and helped pass out candy. We ended the night with an outside Halloween movie and eating pounds and pounds of candy. ( I think I ate the most out of everybody)

Blythe is here!!
Last Monday at 8:25 am our little Blythe decided to enter the world. She weighed 8.7 pounds and was as pink and healthy as can be. We were called in at 1:30am Monday morning and started the induction process. The labor and delivery went really smooth. It has been so fun to have a little girl around the house. Both of her brothers adore her and are so sweet and helpful with her. She is quite the little princess around here. We love our Blythe Ricky Barney!

Spooky Scary Season
Halloween is approaching and the festivities have begun. My boys have been playing dress up in their old costumes, we've made Halloween cookies, decorated some pumpkins, decorated the house and their bedrooms and have done countless art projects. Henry is at the perfect age and really excited about everything. The only problem with these boys is that it is hard to get a good picture of them looking at the camera. As you can see I try, try and try again until I finally just give up. We take what we can get when it comes to documenting these silly boys.

A weekend away!
This last weekend Bryan and I went and visited the Keslers in Monterey. We had blast! It was so fun to spend time with Shanna and Brad and see them in their element there. We were able to squeeze a lot in our little time there, since the boys were left at home being spoiled by their amazing Mima. We spent our first day exploring San Francisco before heading up to Monterey. Once we were in Monterey we spent our time visiting all of the sites such as Point Lobos, Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Carmel and when we weren't checking out a site we were at one of the many many delicious restaurants that we tried. It was a perfect trip with the perfect amount of amazing company, awesome views, great food and relaxing. Thanks so much Keslers for having us and showing us around.

Origami
Henry has always loved to build and create new things. Recently he has learned to make paper planes and has become quite the master. It is likely that you will find a paper plane or a paper sail boat or a paper ball in each room of our house. He averages about 20 new paper planes a day. It is so fun to see what he can imagine and then create with a single piece of paper. We just ordered origami paper and that is his new challenge. He has assisted with a throwing star, snake and hawk so far. It is so fun to watch this boy grow up and watch him figure out new things.

Summer Buzz!!
These boys were ready for a summer buzz. Most haircuts they both fight and scream the entire time. This time Henry was super excited for his buzz, which made Wes super excited for his buzz. As you can tell from these pictures whatever Henry does Wes does. Wes loves Henry and the saying "Monkey see, Monkey do" definitely applies to him. Henry will say something to me then Wes will copy him, Henry will bust a dance move and then Wes will, Henry loves his blankets so Wes loves his blankets. I love that these two are turning into quite the little buds and it is sure fun to watch them.

Ranch with Friends
This last weekend we enjoyed the Ranch with a group of our friends. This group of friends is awesome because all of the husbands have been the best of friends since they were little boys. It is now so fun watching our kids make such good friends at such young ages too. We had a jam packed weekend. We hiked, creek jumped, shot guns, BBQ, played card games, had some intense dodge ball games and then spent plenty of time relaxing and enjoying the company. We always have such a great time up at the Ranch and feel lucky to have such an awesome place to go be with family and friends.

The old belly bump
I've had two previous pregnancies and have never taken the time to document anything about them. I thought third time is a charm. I am almost half way so I really am not doing too great of a job this time around either.
This pregnancy like all others hit me really hard at 6 weeks. Once I reach the 6 week mark I usually head to my bed and have to take it easy for a little while. This time around I crawled in bed and literally on some days could not get out. I had 4 weeks that were horrible. The first two weeks I could not keep anything down and lost 15 pounds. I was feeling pretty worthless not being able to take care of Henry and Wes and not helping Bryan out so I decided to try the at home IV and Zofran pump. The IV definitely helped, but I am still unsure if the Zofran helped or if it was the timing of the pregnancy where I eventually just started feeling better. After two weeks on the pump I was able to get through my mornings and just had to take it easy afternoons and nights. Around 14 weeks I was starting to make it through my days but still had no energy. Now at 17 weeks I am feeling good. I can get through my days with my kids and still have energy left to cook and clean some.
In each pregnancy I have moments where I have never felt so low in my life. Being so sick and feeling so worthless at times is hard on me physically and emotionally. However, in these low moments is when I have always felt so close to my Heavenly Father and felt his strong love for me. I am so glad to be feeling back to myself and to be blessed with another sweet spirit in our home.

Easter 2012
Easter was so much fun this year. Henry was so excited about every festivity and Wes was super excited because Henry was and because he always is. Henry loved hunting for eggs and asked to have an egg hunt at least once a day during the week of Easter. During the real Easter egg hunts with the Barneys and Whites he was really into finding the eggs with "Moneys" in them. Wes loved keeping up during the hunts, but he was excited to open the eggs and enjoy many chocolate breaks. This year Henry and Wes helped plant an Easter garden and were super happy to discover their jelly beans they had planted had grown into suckers overnight. It was so much fun to watch our boys enjoy all of the festivities, dying eggs, Easter Pageant, hunts, basket hunting and lots of candy eating.

Wes turned 2
Our little Wes turned two years old last month. Wes is such a happy boy and keeps us on our toes. He loves to climb, run, dance, jump and keep up with Henry. He loves his brother Henry so much. Whatever Henry does you can count on Wes following his lead. Wes is always smiling and constantly makes us laugh. He has turned into quite the chatter box lately. Some of his favorite words are please, thanks, more and Henry. We love our sweet Wes and feel lucky he is ours.

The Ranch
This past weekend we had another wonderful trip to the ranch. It is so fun to go up and enjoy such a beautiful place and spend time with family. My boys are always thrilled to go to the ranch. Henry seriously does not stop smiling and truly turns into an outdoorsy man. This past weekend we spent the majority of the time sledding in the little snow that was left. When we weren't sledding we spent our time hiking, eating, playing card games and then eating again. It is always such a blast to go to the ranch!

Best Buddies
It is so fun to watch these boys turn into the best of friends. Lately Henry and Wes have been playing so well together. I love to watch and listen to their conversations and their giggles. They are so lucky to have each other and we are lucky to have them.
